RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT
- Orders are eligible for return/exchange only under the following circumstances:
- Genuine Quality Issues: If You receive any product with genuine quality problems, please contact Our customer support team/write an email within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request You to provide additional photographs or other forms of verification to process Your return. We will initiate the refund/exchange process once We have received the product and investigated the issue and satisfied with the issue raised.
- Damaged or Wrong/Missing Product: If Your product arrives damaged or if You receive the wrong product or the product does not get delivered within the estimated delivery date, please contact Us within 7 days of the incident having occured. We will initiate the refund process or send You the correct item at no additional shipping cost, based on Your preference.
- Conditions for return/exchange:
- Product to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Colour Mismatch: We take utmost care while photographing images to match the true colour of the product. However, there might be slight colour variation due to differences in the display of the screen. Kindly note colour variation or colour mismatch will not be considered as a valid reason to process a refund/exchange.
- A full unboxing/opening video of the order is mandatory for claiming a refund or exchange. The damage or the issue has to be captured in the video for ease of claiming refunds.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders that have been customized or altered to Your specifications or requests, if any.
- Orders placed for Gift vouchers are not eligible for cancellation/ exchange or refund.
Note:
- Customers may have to bear additional charges such as return cost and customs duties (for international orders).
- Customers are requested to provide a complete shipping address with an active phone number, Post failed delivery attempts by Our delivery partner the package will be returned to Us. If any reshipping requests are raised, customers will have to pay additional shipping charges at actuals.
- Non- returnable products/categories and special discount items cannot be exchanged.
- We reserve the right to restrict exchange of the products if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Our sole discretion.
CANCELLATION
- If a customer cancels an order before the order has been shipped, Company may accept the order cancellation and refund the amount to the buyer within a reasonable period (usually within 7-10 business days). In such cases, the order amount will be refunded but any transaction fee charged by the Bank shall be deducted. Please note that We will not be able to cancel orders that are already shipped or in transit.
- Customer will be notified regarding status of cancellation request via email within 24 hours of the placement for such request.
- Product orders which were placed at a special price, under cash back, exchange, upgrade or any other offer shall not be eligible for cancellation.
- There is no cancellation for orders placed under the same day delivery category.
- In a rare case if a cancelled order is still delivered, please raise a return request within 24 hours via email.
